Ranbir Nagpal is a hospitality entrepreneur and hotel management graduate from Rizvi College of Hotel Management. He began his career with hands-on training at The Taj Mahal Palace in 2002, where he developed a strong operational foundation in luxury dining and guest experience. This early exposure shaped his deep understanding of premium hospitality and backend excellence.

Following his graduation, Ranbir spent over a decade in his family’s real estate development business, successfully executing residential and commercial projects across Mumbai. This phase strengthened his expertise in business strategy, execution precision, and customer-centric design—skills that later became instrumental in building Yazu Hospitality.

 

As the Founder of Yazu Hospitality, Ranbir has led the brand’s evolution into a multi-city premium dining group. Under his leadership, the portfolio today includes Yazu in Mumbai (Lower Parel & Andheri), Goa, Indore, Chandigarh, and Bangalore, along with Juliette Café & Bar and KICO Community Cocktails Coffee. The group has now entered its first international phase with the successful launch of Yazu At The Beach, Galle at Radisson Blu Resort Galle, alongside the upcoming launch of Yazu Colombo, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion journey.

 

Ranbir’s vision centers on creating immersive, experience-driven dining destinations that blend bold Pan-Asian cuisine, high-energy supper club ambiance, and innovative cocktail programs. With continued expansion planned across Bangalore, Goa, Mumbai, and international markets, he aims to position Yazu Hospitality as a globally recognized Indian-born premium hospitality brand.
