Presently working as Vice President for The Fishermans Wharf, The Red Ginger and Holiday inn Resort, Goa. He is associated with all three brands which is owned by Averina International Hotels PVT LTD. He brings in more than twenty-six years of experience in Hospitality Industry, worked with various Hotel Chains in India.
His Key focus area has been Food Production. He is also founder Member and President of “Culinary Forum of Goa” affiliated to Indian Federation of Culinary association. In 2019 he won National Award for Culinary Leadership at International IFCA meet in New Delhi. He holds “Guinness World Record” twice along with his core team and Trinity group for “The largest mud Pie” and “Largest Fish Patty”.
His qualifications include MBA in Financial Management, also Lead Auditor for ISO 22000-2005. He is responsible for implemented World Class Food Safety system for all his units PAN India
