Krishna’s vision extends beyond the kitchen, aiming to redefine the bread culture in India through strategic partnerships and collaborations with the nation’s premier hospitality brands. His fervor includes fulfilling every baker’s dream and cultivating the largest bread community. This commitment is not just rhetoric; it resonates through the ethos of SnapItBread, a leading manufacturer of frozen and par-baked bread, born under the Make in India initiative. As a partner in building sustainable bakery solutions for the hospitality industry, SnapItBread stands as a testament to Krishna’s dedication to creating breads of unparalleled quality and taste.
Educationally, Krishna honed his culinary skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where he mastered the main techniques used in artisan boulangerie, imbibed the essence of teamwork, and acquired a repertoire of traditional and modern boulangerie recipes. This educational foundation serves as the bedrock for his leadership roles, including that of CEO at SnapItBread and Managing Director of BRECO (the bread community). The latter stands as the world’s first platform for chefs and bakers to contribute to redefining the global bread culture, emphasizing best bakery practices and introducing the healthiest bread recipes to consumers worldwide.
Adding another layer to his multifaceted career, Krishna assumed the role of Partner in FNK Advisory Services LLP in November 2020. His journey in the culinary world began in September 2014 when he took on the position of Managing Director at Grange Foods LLP. Later, in October 2017, he embraced the title of Restaurateur at SanDoitchi, where his market know-how, customer-centric approach, and learned business personality shine through. SanDoitchi, true to Krishna’s vision, is not just about sandwiches; it is an embodiment of real, honest, and wholesome food that adds a myriad of options to every individual’s day.
