Prahlad Sukhtankar is a restaurateur, ISG sommelier of Wines ans Spirits and hospitality entrepreneur from Goa. 

An alumnus of Les Roches, Switzerland and the International Sommelier Guild, he is the co-founder of the award-winning Black Sheep Bistro Panjim, Black Sheep Bistro at Aguada and partner at Melt Pizzabar in Anjuna. 

As the Goa Chapter Head of the National Restaurant Association of India, Prahlad advocates for progressive policies that support the restaurant industry’s growth and impact.
